It seems like OpenAI’s Assistants API is the hot new thing, so I thought that I would make a presentation about it. The functions shown in the video are my own, but some of the other items are stock microsoft examples.
Azure AI Assistants Tool. Don’t let the name fool you – you can use this with regular ‘ol OpenAI as well. The documentation leaves something to be desired as I had to noodle through a few things myself, but I highly recommend it for creating and debugging your custom functions.
Demo #2: Weather Function. This is a Microsoft example. If you are new to the Assistants API, this might not be the best starting point as it is fairly light on explanations.
